Q: Myself and/or my company would like to register for an Exhibitor Booth or Creator Alley table at the Cincinnati Comic Expo, how do I do this? 
A: Easy! Visit the registration section of this website, and select the appropriate registration form. Complete the form online and send us your payment via Paypal or snail mail. Once we’ve received your application and payment, we’ll assign the floor space on a first come, first served basis.

If space is SOLD OUT, then email us at vendors@cincinnaticomicexpo.com to be placed on the Waiting List.

Q: What is included with Vendor booth and Creator Alley table purchase? 
A: A Vendor booth includes the following:
1 – 8′ unskirted Table (table dimensions are 8ft long, 25 inches wide, 30 inches tall)
2 – Chairs
1 – ID sign
2 – Exhibitor Admission badges per 10×10 booth. If you need more they can be purchased at the registration table for an additional charge.

A Creator Alley table includes the following:
1 – 8′ Unskirted Table (table dimensions are 8ft long, 25 inches wide, 30 inches tall)
2 – Chairs
2 – Exhibitor Admission badges

Q: How do we get an extra table?
An extra table can be ordered through the decorator or you can bring your own.

Q: How do I order electric for my space and how much does it cost?
A: Electric can be ordered through the Duke Energy Convention Center website by clicking here. The registration process will ask for a booth number. However, you can proceed without one. Once the show floor is finalized and you are given a booth number you must come back to the service order form and add that number.

The advance order rates are as follows:

Q: What are Load In and Set-up hours
A: Load In can start on Thursday, September 21, at 1:00pm. Load In can continue until 9:00pm that night. Load In will resume at 8:00am on Friday, September 22. Entry onto the dock will end at 1:00pm on Friday afternoon. After 1:00pm on Friday, you can continue the set-up of your booth but the moving of materials from the loading dock to your booth will not be allowed.

Q: What are Load Out times?
A: Load Out will start at 5:00pm on Sunday, September 24.

Q: Where is the Load In Location?
A: Load in will take place on the 6th Street side of Convention Center between Elm St. and Central Ave. Look for the garage entrance on the left side that is halfway down the building.

Q: Are loading carts available for use?
A: Yes, we have rented flat bed push carts to help speed up the loading process and for your convenience. To be sure that the carts are accounted for, an Expo volunteer will be assigned to the cart and escort the cart. You may load and transport your merchandise on the cart, but the volunteer will stay with it. You are asked to unload it as soon as possible, so the volunteer may return it to the dock for the next vendor to use. The carts will then be locked up for the entire weekend and not available to be claimed until 5:00pm on Sunday. Again, a volunteer will escort the cart. As soon as the cart is unloaded on the dock, the volunteer will return the cart to the show floor for the next vendor to claim. You may not claim a cart until items are boxed and ready to be loaded onto the cart.

To be fair to all vendors, please load and unload carts as quickly as possible at your booth location or dock space. If you wish to move at your own pace, you are welcome to bring your own cart/dolly to transport your items.

Q: Where should we park?
A: The convention center (DECC) has multiple parking garages connected to it and parking is also available at the hotels in the immediate vicinity of DECC. Parking fees will vary but the garages tend to be cheaper.
*Please note that TALL BOX TRUCKS AND SEMI TRAILERS should park at the ground lot located at the intersection of Plum Street and 5th Street for overnight parking.

Q: What is the food and drink policy?
A: No outside food or Drink is permitted.
