A WORD ABOUT CONDUCT AT CINCINNATI COMIC EXPO
Cincinnati Comic Expo is committed to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. Harassment of anyone, in any form, will not be tolerated. Violation of the conduct policy will result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund. Convention organizers retain complete discretion when determining if a violation has occurred and how to address.

Exhibitors, sponsors, and guests are subject to the anti-harassment conduct policy. In particular, exhibitors should not use images or material that surpasses a PG-13 rating at their booths. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use over-sexualized or excessively gory clothing/ uniforms/ costumes.

If you are being harassed, witness harassment, or have any other concerns; please contact a member of the event staff or a volunteer. Security or local law enforcement will be contacted immediately and event staff will assist to provide an escort, a safe place, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the convention.

All attendees, exhibitors, and staff are subject to this anti-harassment conduct policy and are expected to follow these rules at all Cincinnati Comic Expo events. This policy continues to the show floor and after-hours events at our host hotels.

Cincinnati Comic Expo show staff can be contacted at the Show Services Booth on the event floor. During show hours you can find a staff member there. However, staff and volunteers can be approached throughout the event regardless of location.
