Yes, we have rented flat bed push carts to help speed up the loading process and for your convenience. To be sure that the carts are accounted for, you will be asked to surrender a driver’s license. You may load and transport your merchandise on the cart and you are asked to unload it as soon as possible, so you may return it to the dock for the next exhibitor to use. Upon returning the cart, the license will be returned to you. The carts will then be locked up for the entire weekend and not available to be claimed until 5:00pm on Sunday. Again, you will be asked to surrender a driver’s license. You may load and transport your merchandise on the cart and you are asked to unload it as soon as possible, so you may return it to the dock for the next exhibitor to use. Upon returning the cart, the license will be returned to you.

To be fair to all exhibitors, please load and unload carts as quickly as possible at your booth location or dock space. If you wish to move at your own pace, you are welcome to bring your own cart/dolly to transport your items.

The convention center (DECC) has multiple parking garages connected to it and parking is also available at the hotels in the immediate vicinity of DECC. Parking fees will vary but the garages tend to be cheaper.
